Elopak is an international supplier of paper based packaging solutions for liquid food. Based in Norway, and wholly owned by the Ferd Group (one of Norway's largest privately owned industrial groups). Our factories are located in more than 40 countries and customers in more than 80 countries. Elopak in Ukraine is represented by a production site located in Fastiv town, which employs about 200 employees. Using completely new modern equipment, the company produces aseptic packaging Roll Fed TM.

The Repro BBS department provides graphic solutions that meet the aesthetic expectations of the customer and also ensure optimal use of the technical possibilities, taking into account the limitations of the available graphical processes within Elopak at the lowest possible costs. The Repro BBS department works from various Elopak locations in Europe including: Terneuzen, Aarhus, Belgrade, Speyer, St. Petersburg and Fastiv. The Systems & Methods Engineer develops tests and implements automated solutions to optimally support the Repro department in their primary process and communication with internal and external stakeholders. What professional knowledge and experience are important to us:

• A completed Bachelor education in Information Technology.
• 3-5 years of working experience with Windows and Apple software and hardware.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP is an advantage.
• Preferably experience with graphical workflows.
• Experience and affinity with programming web applications.
• Knowledge of and experience with ITIL V3, ITSM Foundation, ITIL Foundation.
• Knowledge of the graphic production processes and graphic software (Photoshop, illustrator) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and verbally).

Tasks:

• Provides first-line help to the Repro department and internal and external stakeholders in case of problems with automated applications.
• Maintaining optimal integration between systems used in repro.
• Developing, testing and implementing applications in graphical workflows (Esko AE and Webcenter).
• Monitors the service level for quality and delivery time to internal and external customers. Recognizes bottlenecks quickly and proactively and proposes solutions.
