We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the Retail Leasing team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a well established and market leading team, which manages transactions and real estate consulting projects for top Ukrainian retail projects.

The role:

You will be at the heart of the team which leases shopping centers in Kiev and other big Ukrainian cities and works with all the main retailers on the market.

What this job involves:

• Preparing detailed B2B marketing campaigns for JLL retail projects
• Pre-leasing and developing projects concept and tenant mix
• Identifying lease rents and project budgeting and its budget progress
• Searching for new tenants, negotiating with existing and potential clients, signing lease agreements
• Preparing presentations, reports, documents and communications/correspondence
• Follow-up on document submittals, as required
• Assisting with on-site tours
• Assisting in coordinating broker events
• Delivering market advisory services
• Comparative lease costs analysis and other financial analysis
• Database maintenance and keeping electronic records

We are looking for a person who:

• has 2+ years of relevant experience in brokerage
• proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• demonstrates strong leasing and negotiation skills
• has strong written and verbal communication skills (English is an advantage)
• has strong relationship-building skills, proactive and results-oriented
• has positive attitude and willingness to learn
• has excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• is able to meet tight deadlines
• has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• understands significance of excellent client service, understands business and seeks to ensure knowledge of what client wants
• has a university degree from a well-established university
