Scalors GmbH is a software nearshoring company with headquarter in Germany and development center in Kiev (Ukraine). We recruit and build software teams to work with our clients. We also find IT specialists for permanent employment in the D.A.CH. region and we take care of the entire process.
Scalors GmbH is looking for Office Manager to join our team in Kiev on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

• Multitasking and time-management skills, strong ability to prioritize tasks;
• Experienced PC user (Microsoft Office, internet/social media);
• Upper – intermediate level of English (German would be a plus);
• Initiative personality with good communicative skills;
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
• Patience, attention to details.
• Excellent organizational skills;

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and provide their general support;
• Order and maintain office supplies;
• Research vendors for delivering office supplies;
• Monitor and record expenses for office needs;
• Maintain household inventory and appointment schedules;
• Maintain the condition of the office and arrange necessary repairs;
• Carry out routine administrative duties like photocopying and filing;
• Answer the incoming calls;
• Maintain correspondences;
• Maintain employee personal files;
• Maintain records of the handed over, handed back and available equipment;
• Check post, shop for groceries, and handle banknote payments.
