In our Business Valuation practice we focus on determining the value of a business or assets in various situations that may be regarded as key to a company's development, such as when planning purchase and sale transactions, making decisions on changing the organizational structure of a group of companies, or in order to raise finance or resolve disputes between shareholders. By providing our high-quality valuation services, we help clients take the right management decisions, make relations with investors more transparent and facilitate transaction process.

Responsibilities:

• Key team member on business valuations, valuation of intangible assets, financial modeling
• Carrying out financial analysis of company’s historic results and projections, conducting industry researches
• Report writing
• Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong academic record (at least Bachelor’s Degree), desirably in finance/economics
• 1,5 - 3 years of experience in valuation, investment banking, private equity, other corporate related fields
• Knowledge of business valuation methodology and techniques
• Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS
• Ukrainian valuation certificate obtained or in the process of obtaining (is desirable)
• Good written and spoken English
• Good analytical skills
• Good team player
• Strong motivation for further professional development
• Strong interpersonal skills
