Вакансія Technical Department Manager

Our client, international company is announcing an opening a position:

Technical Department Manager (dairy farms high-tech equipment)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of technical problem solving
• Plan and organize equipment installation (manage internal resources, follow-up dealer installations, source local materials and services)
• Coordinate work of farm designers
• Plan and organize technical training for dealers and internal staff (define the needed training and find the right instructors)
• Develop dealer service structure (resources, tools, methods, test protocols, list of spare parts, etc.)
• Approve warranty cases from the technical point of view
• Manage the technical department
• Prioritize tasks for the team members
• Develop working processes inside the team and interaction with other teams / people in Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova
• Support the team members in their external communication with customers, dealers, construction companies
• Support the team members in their internal communication within the international company (if something gets stuck, find the right person to move the topic forward again)
• Lead the team (motivate, inspire people and keep the team together)

Requirements:

• High technical education
• Professional experience: 3 and more years of experience as chief mechanical engineer preferably in international companies
• Experience in production
• Intermediate level of English
