Recruitment Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Leading recruitment marketing and employer branding projects
• Developing and implementing campaigns for attracting graduate and experienced candidates
• Maintaining relationships with universities and suppliers
• Coordinating other team members, liaising with other departments of the company
• Organizing and managing recruitment marketing events
• Coordinating social media activities
• Working closely with Markets Department around markets driven opportunities and initiatives
• Budgeting
• Making reports and preparing data analytics

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing
• People management skills
• Built strong relationships within a business
• Experience in business correspondence, copywriting
• Experience in events management (exhibitions, conferences, round tables, trainings etc.) is a plus
• Literate
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
• Understanding the scope of employer branding activities
• Fluent Ukrainian and English (both oral and written)
• Result-oriented, energetic, proactive
