Duties:

• Recruit, work with and lead Sales team to drive achievement of revenue goals
• Set employee goals, manage performance, career planning and development
• Develop and execute sales strategy to meet/exceed revenue targets
• Prepare data reports for assessing the effectiveness of sales activities; correct deficiencies where necessary
• Promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Own contact database
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Confirmed experience in managing, growing and developing a sales team of minimum 2 years
• Proven track record of successful sales with great revenues (more than $300K monthly)
• Proven successful track record of international sales
• Knowledge of mobile marketing, internet marketing, mobile advertising, mediabuying
