Job Description

Project Manager will lead all marketing efforts of a newly created marketing agency.

Daily activities include:

1. Manage website development and maintenance to promote the projects
2. Create content for the website's blogs, social media accounts
3. Manage social media
4. Analyze marketing processes and web performance
5. Develop sales strategies
6. Identify market trends and communicate with the target audience
7. Create promotions to increase website traffic

Qualifications

Not everyone can be a great Manager. It takes certain skills and characteristics to be successful. If you want to lead some projects in our company in future, you must have:

1. Proven experience to prepare the reports and presentations with statistical data
2. Excellent organization and time management skills
3. Excellent written and verbal English and Russian
4. Knowledge of Google Analytics, SЕО
5. Experience with SMM
6. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Corel and Adobe Photoshop
7. Ability to work with NY time-zone

Will be a plus:

1. Understanding of Web Application Architecture and technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, HTTP etc.)
2. E-commerce or start-up experience
