Currently we are looking for Hardware Procurement/Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating procurement process of server hardware and infrastructure components through existing partners network and ensuring on-time delivery and accurate delivery
• Developing new logistics channels in new territories
• Working with technical engineers on ensuring accurate components are shipped
• Prepare shipping documents as needed for outbound delivery to partners and customers.
• Monitoring the delivery process, its milestones and details.
• Preparing and keeping accurate necessary permits and certificates related to the hardware business.

Basic Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in procurement (hardware procurement is a big plus) or distribution
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or logistics management related fields is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to proactively manage procurement processes and involve stakeholders as necessary
• Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and outside vendors, partners and customers
