Вакансія HR Compensation Specialist

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an HR Compensation Specialist who will become a part of our friendly and dynamic team and among other things, will conduct research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, such as compensation statistics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pre-payroll all employees in the Company
• Provide oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws
• Collaborate with employees regarding monthly compensation issues
• Adjust salary and compensation packages and develop policies and procedures
• Make the compensation changes in the database for employees, changes to the legal relationship
• Analyze and resolve compensation issues
• Bank accounts set up and cooperation with the banks
• Signing employment agreement with the employees from other countries
• Manage individual compensation direction project
• Create and analyze the compensation reports
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education –

• Master degree

Experience –

• HR department, HR Compensation experience 1+ years
• IT industry related experience 1+ years is a plus

Specialized knowledge -

• English language level –Intermediate and above
• Ukrainian language level – proficiency
• Russian language level – proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
