About the job

We are looking for Social impact project director who will lead and implement the integrated social campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

• Development of proposals of integrated social campaigns for our clients (driving brainstorms, producing of ideas, preparation of presentations and presenting them to clients)
• Planning of projects timing and resources needed, working with budgets
• Involvement of partners and developing partnering relationships
• Comprehensive day-to-day project management (content creation, preparation of briefs for designers, web-developers), management of project teams
• Working with media (building of loyal relationships, initiating publications)
• Organization of project-related events
• Leading and planning OOH, digital campaigns
• Participation in agency business development (developing business contacts, proactive and reactive development of business)
• Participation in agency marketing activities (speaking on conferences, preparation of content for marketing media, preparing agency cases for international competitions)

What we look for:

• 5+ years of experience in one of the following fields: communications, project management, business consulting, public sector, international organizations, communication agencies
• Experience with PR, digital, media tools
• Outstanding client service skills
• People leadership skills (team mentoring and management)
• Fluent Ukrainian, upper-intermediate English (ability to freely communicate in oral and written forms)
• Proactive, flexible and willing to learn
• Optimistic, with positive attitude
• Experience of working with UN structures would be advantageous
