Вакансія Associate (Mid-level) - Litigation & Arbitration

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in local/regional/global projects as a member of team, as required, to ensure optimum outcomes for the сlients;
• Analysis of cases in Ukrainian Law;
• Development of legal strategy of the case;
• Preparation of the necessary procedural documents;
• Representation of clients in court;
• Support enforcement proceedings;
• Communication with the clients.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required:

• Degree in law from reputable state universities (LLM is a plus);
• Experience of work in reputable local or international law firm;
• Good knowledge of procedural law, arbitral proceedings;
• Relevant experience in Dispute Resolutions (commercial disputes, not less than 4 years) on wide variety of issues and experience of representing clients' interests in international arbitration institutions is a plus;
• Brilliant drafting skills;
• Fluent spoken and written legal and business English is a must;
• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
• Strong time management and organizational skills;
• Strong drive and initiative;
• Resilience and tenacity - able to remain effective and focused under pressure;
• Results-driven personality;
• Confidence to interact at all levels;
• Team-player.
