You will be an integral part of the team developing systematic trading algorithms in crypto and futures markets. We are looking for a driven individual capable to take initiative and work independently or within a team. You will be directly involved in helping uncover the alphas that drive our trading models. You will be part of the end to end process of our algorithmic trading strategies from data processing to new alpha research. We will provide training and guidance, and expect 100% performance from you.

An ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Math/CS/Finance/Physics backgrounds preferable
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, sensitivity to detail
- Impeccable work ethic
- Fast learner
- Provable interest in financial markets
- Bonus: Python/Multichars/Tradestation/Experience with data analysis, market research & modelling

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in development and testing of quantitative trading strategies
- Exploring trading ideas by analyzing market data for patterns
- Creating tools to analyze data for patterns
