Job Description:

Being an experienced lawyer, you have an excellent opportunity to join PwC Legal, Attorneys Association.

A successful candidate is a professional with:
· University degree in law
· 3+ years of professional experience in law firm / consultancy
· Specific knowledge and experience in the following areas: setting up business in various legal forms, corporate law, employment law, regulatory issues, liquidation of entities
· Experience in: preparing memoranda for clients, preparing corporate documents, leading liquidation procedures
· Management of clients and projects; strong skills in building trusted relations with clients
· Excellent working knowledge of the English language: verbal and written
· Excellent analytical skills
· Excellent drafting and communication skills with attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal skills

Role:

The candidate will work in the Team of experts who provide turn-key assistance to multinational and local clients in entering Ukrainian market, drive solutions in complex employment matters, provide legal guidance to clients in their day-to-day business.
