Infopulse Ukraine welcomes a full-time System Administrator Skype for Business/Office365/ in Kyiv office.

We're looking for an experienced candidate to become a member of the Operation Team, responsible for Skype for Business/Office365.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of Skype for Business/Office365 and be able to participate in Implementation/Migration projects together with operational activities.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Deployment and migration of Skype for Business solutions
• Support of Skype for business environments
• Participation in Office 365 migration projects
• Support of Office 365 environments.

Requirements:

Skype for business:

- Experience in support of Geographically distributed Lync/Skype for business environments

- Experience in implementation/migration/upgrade of Lync/Skype for business environments

- Profound knowledge of Integration with IP telephony/voice routing/Normalization rules

- Understanding of Lync/Skype for business integration with Unified messaging in Exchange/Exchange online.

Office365:

- Knowledge of office 365 services functionality - Deep knowledge of Exchange online/Skype for business online/SharePoint online functionalities

- Experience in support and implementation of Office 365 environments

- Understanding of Exchange/Exchange online, Skype for business/Skype for business online hybrid scenarios

- Experience in Office 365 tenant to tenant migrations.

- Good command of English: Intermediate/Upper intermediate.
