We search for Test Automation Leader with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Organizational skills:

•         Lead a group of 3+ people

•         Must possess good interpersonal skills, problem solving ability and strong analytical skills, team player

•         Proficient technical English (both written and verbal)

•         Experience of working in Agile/Scrum teams

•         Write and maintain detailed system and customer test descriptions documents (Test Automation Plan, Test Cases Document, Test Procedures Document) using known testing techniques

•         Good knowledge and understanding of testing process, product life cycle, methodologies, Strategies and SDLC (TDD, BDD)

•         Test and Defect Management

•         Test Planning and Defect Tracking

•         Lead coach and train test engineers or the customer both on professional and technical subjects

•         Experience in performing and managing tests with customers on-site

Requirements analysis:

•         Review and understand system requirement on business and technical levels

•         Analyze system implementation and compliance to above mentioned requirements

•         Attention to detail and a passion for detail-oriented work

Test automation skills:

 At least 3 years of experience in testing complex systems (test design, execution and reporting) performing the following types of testing:

•         Unit Testing

•         Functional Testing

•         Business Function Testing

•         System Integration Testing

•         Regression Testing

•         Performance Testing (Load, Stress, Capacity and Reliability)

•         Web Testing

•         GUI Testing

•         Security Testing

•         Database Testing

•         Implementation of a test framework (Data-driven, Keyword-driven)

•         Setting up a build machine to run Regression/Integration tests on regular basis and provide reports (Continuous Integration)

•         Install and configure system machines under tests

•         Analyze and report test progress and results, using test management tools and frameworks

Analytical skills:

•         Automated Test Tool Selection and Conduct Cost Benefit Analysis

•         Tool Expertise

•         Ability to perform testing audits to vendors
