We search for Development Center Director with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job purpose

Manage SoftServe Development Center. Assure Development Center policies comply SoftServe requirements. Assure and constantly improve Development Center cost efficiency. Strive to constantly grow the Development Center.

Education:

·         Bachelor degree or above

·         Business education (Desirable)

Experience:

·         5 years managerial experience

·         Managing at least 15 people

·         Technology background (Desirable) 

Skills & Abilities:

·         English intermediate strong level

·         Relationship building skills

·         Planning skills

·         Business acumen

·         Presentation and communication skills
