We search for Career Advisor with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job Purpose

Ensure that all employees achieve their full potential by keeping reasonable balance between their professional interests/capabilities and Company goals.

Education:

·         Bachelor degree and above;

·         Bachelor degree and above in Psychology/Sociology (desirable).

Specialized knowledge:

·         General knowledge of IT company functioning;

·         General knowledge of human psychology (Desirable)

Skills & Abilities:

·         English intermediate level or higher;

·         PC skills proficiency;

·         Good communication skills;

·         Negotiation skills;

·         Coaching skills;

·         Presentation skills;

·         Training others skills’

·         Mentoring skills;

·         Conflict Management skills;

·         Detail orientation;

·         Time-management and self-organization skills;

·         Team player;

·         Ability to drive a lot of employees in parallel.

Experience:

·       IT industry related previous experience (Desirable)

·       HR experience (Desirable)
