We search for Engagement Manager with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job Purpose

Build, tailor and drive Engagement Process of Prospect Clients and/or Prospect Projects within Inception and Elaboration phases and provide successful “on-boarding” process for Production Teams employing qualified resources from Competence Offices (Project Management Office (PMO), Business Analysis Office (BAO), Quality Control Office (QCO)) on rotation base per prospect and by putting together efforts of Sale & Marketing (S&M) team, Engagement team and Research & Development (R&D) team on initial stage of collaboration with client and further involvement of and final client transition to dedicated Development Team (SBU).

Education:

·         Master degree in Computer Science or similar

·         Business, marketing, management education (Desirable)

Specialized Knowledge:

·         Understanding of how IT business works and markets SoftServe sells into

·         Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering methodologies

Skills & Abilities:

·         English upper intermediate level or higher

·         High analytical skills (ability to analyze & recognize prospect/client needs and find appropriate solutions)

·         Risks management, gap analysis and reviewing skills (Desirable)

·         Self-management, time management and self-organization skills

·         Result orientation and ability to provide results in short term

·         Strong management/project management skills

·         Pro-activeness and initiative skills

·         Self-education and fast-education abilities

·         Process-orientation and flexibility

·         Ability to drive several prospects/clients and teams in parallel
