We are a team of TESLA GLOBAL UKRAINE (TESLA UA) — a company providing services in the field of a comprehensive solution for a smart home controlled by a single application Smart home and IoT is looking for an Invoicer in Khmelnitsky city.
Responsibilities
- entering received and issued invoices
- processing of received orders for goods - stock issues, receipts, invoicing, status check
- coordination of orders with the warehouse
- return processes - returns, complaints
- inventory accounting and stock management
- inventory records, including loans
- cooperation on monthly closing operations
- tasks according to the instructions of the superior
Competences
- independent cooperation with the warehouse
Duties
- timely matching of receipts and received invoices
- price list check
- records of consumption expenditures
- performs other tasks related to the activities of the finance department according to the requests of the superior
- acts internally in internal projects and in the interest of the company
- regularly monitors, reads and checks incoming correspondence (incl. electronic mail)
- is bound by professional secrecy with regard to all information and documents about the company which he encounters in the performance of his position
- is governed by the company's internal documentation
- approaches all work activities proactively with the necessary degree of initiative, performs tasks conscientiously and carefully
- observes working hours and safety at work, keeps his workplace clean
- maintains the principles of decency and courtesy when dealing with other co-workers
- complies with the principles of safety regulations, work safety and safety requirements
What skills and knowledge do we require?
- Previous experience with any CRM system.
- An advantage is the experience with any ERP.
- Ability to independently solve assigned tasks.
- Positive thinking and approach to work.
- Knowledge of English at least at level B1 (Intermediate).
- Orientation in the smart home range
- Completing tasks prior / due to the deadlines;
