Due to the global development of our company, we are looking for a Business Process Officer, Kyiv, Ukraine:

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business process management (BPM), development and continual improvement of the processes architecture;
• Organize and manage business processes’ standardization;
• Ensure regular internal audits of Business processes efficiency throughout the company;
• Responsible to set up and organize operation and further development of the entire GMS quality management system(s) according to standards of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1;
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to the management of the company in the continual improvement of the BPM throughout the company;
• Closely cooperate with the CISO of company to align implementation of processes on the basis of aspects of information security to ensure continual improvement of ISO 27001;
• Responsible for business intelligence (BI), business analytics, business modeling, developing content for internal learning and teaching of the BPM according to the ISO 9001 and, together with Chief Technical Officer, for ISO/IEC 20000-1;
• Improvement of the GMS Integrated Management System.

Requirements:

• University degree in business or management or economics or mathematics;
• Specialized education in BP methodology will be a strong advantage;
• 5+ years of extensive and successful experience in BP quality management system development, implementation, evaluation and update in big international companies;
• Successful experience implementing ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000 at organizations and in passing external audits with regards to these standards;
• Knowledge of telecom business in Ukraine and at international level;
• PC advanced user; Office 365 and SharePoint;
• Advanced level of English; German will be a strong plus;
• Strategic thinking, presentation and negotiation skills, as well as great flexibility combined with stress tolerance;
• Self-organization, business acumen as well as commitment, integrity, customer orientation and process management.
