Вакансія Junior Associate

Armadum Lawyers is currently seeking a junior associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrate clear communication skills, and be motivated to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of legal opinions on different issues related to the corporate law, corporate structuring, international taxation etc.
• Advise on day-to-day commercial transactions and business undertakings.
• Support the overall research and due diligence process
• Drafting and review of various agreements (loan agreements, shareholder agreements, sales & purchase agreements, etc.).
• Assistance with drafting and review of legal documents and reports, checklists and other documents.

Requirements:

• University Degree in a Law, excellent academics
• excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Ukrainian languages
• deep knowledge of corporate and commercial law and regulations
• excellent computer skills
• accuracy, speed and thoroughness of work, attention to details;
• strong organizational and communication skills;
• ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
