Вакансія Java Team Lead

Our company is an e-commerce platform and we are looking for an enthusiastic driving team leader to build and lead the team of professional developers, mentoring junior positions and managing resources load providing high quality bug-less solutions for a high load connection service.

Role

You will be delegated to lead a team and oversee the technological side of the business, take active part in communication with the business representatives giving valuable feedback and suggesting alternative possibilities in solving challenging tasks.

We expect you to manage a small team of developers, taking a responsibility of adjusting and sticking to the delivery process that includes TDD, CI/CD and GitFlow

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Uses own judgment to determine optimal solution to recommend.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams leads. Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
• Manages small sized team and/or work efforts

Experience & qualifications:

• Strong understanding of development best practices
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework including Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cache
• Strong understanding of cluster environment and cross node communication
• Experience with enterprise java 8+ development 4+ years
• Strong experience with Web Application development using Java, Spring, Tomcat
• At least upper-intermediate English skills
• Experience in leading the team of 3+ engineers for Product support/development project

Would be a plus:

• SAP Hybris support experience
• High-loaded E-commerce development experience
• Vertical Scaling architecture
• Kubernetes and Docker
