About the role

We are looking for a high-level specialist to be a part of a friendly family. We expect you to bring a valuable contribution to the development of an e-commerce set of solutions, delivering innovative, stable, creative solutions for already existing business logic and implementing new challenging projects for a fast-growing worldwide network of customers.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct elicitation sessions with stakeholders, document and confirm elicitation results
• Determining business requirements and developing possible solutions
• Document and support project documentation
• Create and manage tasks in Jira with detailed description
• Define user stories and acceptance criterias with regards to the business requests
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve solution, track ideas for improvements

Experience & qualifications:

• 3+ years in business analyst/product owner role in e-commerce
• Fluent English
• Great communication skills
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (JIRA & Confluence)
• PMI-PBA certification
