We are looking for Business Analyst/ Manager of enterprise projects.

Responsibilities of this position:

• Customers’ business needs elicitation and development of possible solutions
• Analysis and documentation of requirements (Use Case, User Story, specifications for functional and non-functional requirements)
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and developed solutions
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Management of the customers’ expectations
• Validation of the product for compliance with customer requirements
• Management and coordination of projects at all stages, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Validation of the implemented solutions by aiding in development and testing

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of recent work experience as a business analyst
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to professionally transform unclear and unstructured information into clear requirements.
• Ability to clearly express thoughts and present ideas in English and Russian
• Perfect planning, organizational, time management skills and problem solving skills
• Excellent documentation skills, exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to model business processes, preferably with the help of relevant analytical methodologies
• Understanding and the ability to empirically utilize requirements elicitation techniques
• Understanding of Web and mobile application development cycle
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects
