Вакансія Marketing Assistant

Online Marketing Assistant position in a software engineering company. Excellent organizational, analytical, creative and negotiating skills are a main requirement for the marketing assistant role. Marketing Assistant will work on two principal areas:

• advertising and marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and to reduce acquisition costs
• retaining and increasing lifetime value and lifespan of existing customers

Position is for the office in Kiev, Ukraine.

The following are the key responsibilities for this role:

• Work together with marketing team on all marketing efforts performed by the company to acquire new customers and retain existing customers
• Manage online marketing campaigns from start to finish: manage copy and creative, negotiate, place and reconcile ads
• Media buying: find new advertising channels online; negotiate with them; place ad copy and creative; track performance
• Optimize marketing campaigns by split testing creative, copy and placements to increase ROI
• Report on marketing campaigns performances and KPIs
• Research competition marketing efforts and new advertising venues
• Develop new ideas for marketing campaigns and incentive
• Create and manage customer surveys and polls
• Create, send and track promotional emails
• Develop and coordinate social media strategies
• Write promotional and advertising materials in English and Russian, German or Latvian would be a plus.

Who are you?

• 2 years' experience in online marketing is a must, preferably in gaming or sports
• If no online experience, then a degree in marketing, advertising or related field is mandatory
• Strong copywriting skills
• Real life experience in negotiating media buys
• Real life experience in building advertising campaigns online from start to finish
• Strong analytical and cost optimization skills
• Good working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar online statistics program
• Advanced level of Russian - both spoken and written, mandatory
• Advanced level of English - both spoken and written, mandatory
• Any additional languages are a plus, most wanted: German and Latvian
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
