Our Customer is among the world's leading creators and distributors of award-winning still imagery, video, music and multimedia products, as well as other forms of premium digital content, available through its trusted house of brands, including iStock© and Thinkstock©. The project targets to enhance and further develop advanced search and image recognition technology, to help our Customer to serve business customers in more than 100 countries and continue to be the first place creative and media professionals turn to discover, purchase and manage images and other digital content. You will have an opportunity to work alongside of the best-in-class photographers and imagery that help customers produce inspiring work which appears every day in the world's most influential newspapers, magazines, advertising campaigns, films, television programs, books and online media.

Responsibilities:

There are several teams which are eager to work with you. Be ready to work with existing environments that have to be understood, analyzed and improved to the best practices. You will have enough freedom to propose your own ideas and be responsible for their implementation and results.
Here is an example of activities that you will need to deal with:
• DNS, HTTP, Mail services administration
• SQL DB monitoring and administration
• Assistance with deployment automation (Jenkins or similar).
• Recipes development and maintenance (Ansible, or similar).
• Systems monitoring to prove its stability and fault-tolerance (Nagios, CloudWatch or similar).
• Infrastructure monitoring - dealing with space and performance;
• Security monitoring and administration
• Infrastructure Provisioning (Terraform, AWS cli)
• Proprietary software set up and configuration.
• User and Application accounts management

Skills:

• Unix System Administrator: 1-1,5 years experience
• Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
• Experience working on-call and under pressure to meet demanding SLAs + building systems that do not require the former
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with version control (Git or similar).
• Configuration Management experience (Docker, Ansible, CI/CD)
