Helpware is a global company providing outsourcing back-office services with offices in the USA, Brazil, Ukraine, and Philippines. We help small businesses as well as enterprises to free-up their teams so they can focus on strategic high-value tasks that will move the dial for their businesses.
We are growing and have an open position of Training Manager who will be the lead in maintaining the company's learning and development program, acting as the primary contact for team members and Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Help with Newcomers Onboarding and Training;
- Prepare Manuals and Training Documentations for the projects;
- Determine training needs and requirements for the respective accounts Managers and Training Leads administering surveys;
- Monitor training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary;
- Regular brainstorming sessions with TL/PMs and the Teams for respective accounts to identify areas for improvements;
- Prepare relevant reporting, analytical data (KPI's) for the project to verify the volume there;
- Clients Business proposals preparations based on improvements implementation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced English;
- Experience in training / customer support up to 1 year;
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications;
- Great desire to learn something new;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
