We are looking for a Global Training Manager with a track record or creating, managing and delivery quality training and education services to Enterprise Customers and Reselling Partners. The candidate will be focused on training, education and customer success in both products and vertical industries across ABBYY’s portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create curriculum, training plans and content specific to products and audiences
• Choose appropriate training methods per objective
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to build and execute training program
• Oversee training program effectiveness through development/utilization of appropriate tools including tests, surveys, performance appraisals, and feedback
• Develop partner certifications
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate training content
• Facilitate/administer instructor-led training classes and online training as required
• Provide coaching and development of the training team for successful goal attainment
• Actively pursues personal training and development opportunities and relevant certifications,
• Maintain subject matter expertise in industry trends, applications & best practices through regular research and continued education.

Skill Set/Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of training experience
• Software implementation experience is valuable
• Teaching experience in an educational establishment would be a major positive.
• Expert in developing training curriculum and content
• Solid training technique, knowledge of web delivery tools and strong understanding of selling tactics
• Strong presentation creation skills (PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Superior interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and written/oral communication skills
