We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Lead (Head of recruiting department)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, the experience of successfully closing top and middle positions is mandatory (experience in IT recruitment will be a plus);
• Excellent knowledge of personnel search technologies (recruitment, executive search, head hunting);
• Ability to build and lead full cycle of recruitment process;
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills;
• Ability to operate independently and drive issues towards completion;
• Readiness to work in multitask mode with large volumes;
• English - intermediate and higher.

Responsibilities:

• Building a department from scratch;
• Management and development of the department;
• Search and selection of specialists of secondary and higher level;
• Analysis of the labor market (Ukrainian and European).
