Today we are looking for another strong player in our team - Business Controller (Technical)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive analysis of Budget proposals provided by department. Review of monthly rolling forecast;
  • Monthly analysis of financial and operational results. Budget vs. Actuals analysis;
  • Development of recommendations for business to improve financial performance and efficiency;
  • Development of internal control procedures. Audit of large modernization/ new build projects (business trips are necessary);
  • Quarterly verification of KPI performance;
  • Review of business cases for Technical&IT development projects;
  • Quarterly verification of key performance measures for different divisions within Technical&IT department. Development of new KPIs to improve efficiency;
  • Review of all contracts. Taking part in tender working group. Review of payments above respective limits;
  • Ad hoc requests from management

Knowledge:

  • University degree in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting. Additional certifications (ACCA, CIMA) are a plus;
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (Big 4, IT or telecommunications are a plus);
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting, forecasting and management reporting;
  • Basic knowledge of IFRS, tax and accounting rules;
  • English Upper-Intermediate/ Fluent;
  • Good knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, experience with 1C8, Jira, MS Project are a plus;
  • Willingness to business trips (Audit of large modernization/ new build projects);
  • Strong analitycal, communication and organizational skills;
  • Result-oriented, team-player, able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines;
