Using a single fully integrated payment platform our local companies service local merchants at the same time providing a true global platform for our international clients. Our own payment platform and global payment solutions ensure customers around the world receive their money in a timely and cost-effective manner.

We are currently looking for an International Lawyer.

Tasks:

• Registration of companies in different jurisdictions (worldwide);
• Dealing with international banks;
• Negotiating with various legal departments on service and software agreements;
• Handling the tasks of responding to customer queries on legal issues;
• Drafting rental agreements, lease agreements, etc;
• Responsible for filing case for breach of service contract and settlement;
• Ongoing maintenance of corporate legal issues;
• Dealing and correspondence with foreign service providers, partners, bank representatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: international law is a must;
• Upper-intermediate level of English;
• Similar experience - minimum 1 year;
• Experience with nonresident companies as a plus.
