Вакансія IT Recruiter / HR Manager

PreciseQ, an US-based software development company with headquarters in Silicon valley, is looking for talented IT recruiter and HR manager for our Kiev office.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure and support of the full recruitment process (We use .NET technologies. Most of our vacancies are .NET and Java Script developers and QA Engineers)
• Act as an HR manager and people partner
• Supervise office management activities

We expect from candidate:

• Professional experience in IT recruiting and HR sphere
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
• Experience in searching and headhunting of IT specialists
• Experience with tools for recruiting and HR
• Excellent interviewing and candidate selection skills
• Good understanding of IT job market in Ukraine (as you know we work with .NET technology);
• Great organizational and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HR processes and tools
• Experience in performance review, motivation
• Knowledge in building of HR brand
• Experience in organization of corporate events and office management
