Responsibility:

* Creating and following through on test plans, including writing and executing test cases

* Regression testing on existing product portfolios

* Bug and defect handling, analyzing deviations between the defined and the actual functional behavior and reporting bugs. Provide root cause analysis

* Ensuring requirements are met

* Participate in team activities and product feature designing

* Other duties as necessary

* Must be a self-started, self- motivator and self-disciplined

* Must take accountability and be a problem solver as well as, a team player

* Clear concept of understanding requirements provided

* Must have an acute sense for attention to detail

* Ability to place the highest importance on the accuracy of the project

* 2 - 5 years of experience as a QA engineer within an IT company

* Good knowledge of software testing theory and the ability to put that knowledge into practice

* Knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies

* Experience in writing test plans, checklists and test cases

* Understanding of HTML / CSS / JS or JQuery

* Excellent knowledge of the bug life cycle

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive

* Drive initiatives to create value and increase operational efficiency

* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate solutions

* Good communication skills.

* English — Intermediate

As a plus:

* Knowledge and good understanding of different Financial Markets

* Understanding of automated testing concept

We are currently seeking a contract Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Product Team. While working alongside team members, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of product. Responsible for ensuring the best possible User experience by evaluating all possible scenarios Users may encounter. You will analyze live user flows as a basis for self-composed test planning. The ideal individual would create new systems, and improve the current system. Must have the ability to work with a dynamic, fast-paced company and meet tight deadlines.
