This position is in charge of planning and performance analysis of Commercial function budget, rolling monthly and weekly forecasts and strategic business planning within the scope of Eurasia Commercial HUB.

Responsibilities:

• Develops budget and business plans of Commercial revenues and KPIs to achieve Eurasia operating companies' goals and proposes ways to improve companies' performance
• Assists in the development of yearly targets and strategic objectives, coordinating with various marketing, IT and financial teams
• Supports budgeting and rolling forecasting processes for key deliverables and deadlines
• Identifies actionable drivers and provides regular budget-variance analysis to improve companies' performance and productivity
• Oversees collection of operational data to feed in analytical models with constant focus on forecast accuracy improvement
• ·Ensures cross-functional collaboration of Commercial planning unit with Marketing, Wholesale and Financial departments to develop bottom-up forecasts for operational companies of Eurasia
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of latest business developments and market trends
• Runs ad hoc analytics and benchmarking exercise

Desired skills and experience

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration received from a reputable university
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in multinational company, production planning, telecom or financial advisory firm
• Background in forecasting/budgeting/planning is a must
• Strong analytics and data visualization skills
• Excellence in MS Office (advanced user of Excel & PowerPoint is a must), knowledge of business intelligence tools and forecasting tools
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems in tough deadlines, business acumen
• Strong project management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in presenting on a senior level
• Ability to learn fast
• Intermediate English and Ukrainian, Russian.
