The key responsibilities of Key Account Manager are:

• build and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• communicate with clients on daily basis via Skype, Email, Phone etc.
• respond to customers in order to solve technical problems, to discuss rates and swap deals, rates import/export, data analysis

If you have

• good English skills and want to use English every day to correspond and communicate,
• experience in interaction with international customers,
• result-oriented and stress tolerant nature,
• strong inter-personal skills, willingness to learn a lot
