Principal job duties

  • Negotiate, if necessary, to organize tenders, and arrange the conclusion of contracts with insurance organizations, other suppliers required for the operation of the Companies services.
  • To provide organizational assistance on the material and technical support of the office premises, inter alia water supply, meal, procurement of office supplies and other events for the proper and safe labour conditions of the employees of the Representative office.
  • To analyze the availability of Santen’s products at distributors, their sales. Develop sales forecast for current month, current quarter. Take part in the development of the 24-month prognosis of sales of Santen products.
  • Coordinate the distributor’s orders with production sites. Coordinate shipping dates of products from a warehouse in Finland or other warehouses. To control for timely payment by distributors for Santa's products.
  • Support contracting processes with distributors
  • Provide daily engagement with distributors, support business processes. Provide coordination with the company's internal services.
  • To provide organizational support for organization of internal events for the employees of the Representative office after the approvement of the the Country Manager of the Representative Office.
  • To provide organizational support for the setting up of the exhibitions, roundtables and other medical events.
  • To elaborate analytical, reference, information and other materials related to the administrative issues of the Representative office, provide training, systematization, storage and elimination of the internal documents of the Representative office, in particular concerning staff matters.
  • Provide organizational and informational support for the registration of the Company's products in the authorized state authorities. Co-ordinate the interaction between the company's registration department and the external provider of this service in Ukraine. Provide reading and correction of registration materials.
  • take part in trainings on obligatory procedures of the Representative Office and/or the Company.

Required Knowledge/Experience

Complete higher education

Високий рівень навичок роботи з ПК (power point, word, excel)/ Advanced PC user (power point, word, excel)

English proficiency ( advanced)

Experience of managing and supervise projects

Experience in procurement and tendering

Personal skills:

Good Business communication skills
