Job purpose and key deliverables:

• Contribute to creating and maintaining passive communication platform that is capable to deliver of campaign Awareness targets.

Key Accountabilities:

• Creating and maintaining communication platform that delivers campaign Awareness targets. Achieve maximum possible effectiveness of Company's equipment usage;
• Develop, order, deliver permanent POSm to deliver excellence in execution standards;
• Provide maintenance and repairing of all POSm installed upon field force requests. Ensure agencies' excellent service;
• Provide campaign team with permanent (cycle) material splits, deliver cycle materials in time and full;
• Manage allocated budget.
• Make regular cross-checks to keep info re POSm in TMD system relevant;
• To maintain all local normative statements, internal rules, all procedures, orders including Trade Marketing Policies and procedures as well as Ukrainian legislation rules.

Essential requirements:

• Master’s degree in relevant sphere
• Ukrainian/Russian languages – native, English – Upper-Intermediate
• Profound Technical skills (Microsoft office, SAP, 1C, other)
• Proven Analytical Skills
• Suppliers/Agency management
• Project management experience (optional)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Team-work skills
