Role Description:

FCPA Administrator executes compliance monitoring and provides consulting support to colleagues in Ukraine & CauCAR in order to ensure compliance to Pfizer’s Policies and Procedures.

This position reports to the Compliance Officer Ukraine & CauCAR

This is outstaff position with permanent contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult Pfizer colleagues in Compliance related topics;
• Review of transactions with Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials in MAPP pre-approval systems Ukraine & CauCAR for compliance to Pfizer’s Policies and Procedures;
• Review of primary documents on payments to Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials;
• Review of primary and secondary supporting documents from vendor related to meetings & site visits with Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials;
• Review of e-pay requests in Ariba for payments related to Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials;
• Execute duties of Secretary on Compliance Committee Ukraine and Kazakhstan meetings. Execute ad-hoc requests related to compliance investigations, Corporate Audit and other compliance matters.

Qualifications and competencies:

• University degree (preferably Law);
• Upper intermediate English;
• Fluent Russian and Ukrainian;
• Integrity, punctuality, carefulness and attentiveness are combined with communicability;
• Personal accountability and ownership Compliance;
• Willingness and ability to learn.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs.
