Danone Dairy is announcing an opening of Field Performance Excellence Manager position in Kyiv.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage efficiency of the sales structure at the level of field force, sales and distribution models setup;
• Initiate improvement, drive changes;
• Adopt the structure to sales environment changes;
• Strategic vision, development vectors definition.

Experience and qualifications required:

• Higher education;
• Understanding of sales structure selection criteria's and setup principles, sales and distribution models characteristics, market development understanding;
• English - Advanced;
• Team management experience;
• Strategic vision.
