Вакансія Senior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel for group of businesses (real estate, IT, traveling, car rental business etc.)

Requirements:

• Law education degree.
• Experience in a similar position 2+ years.
• Be result-oriented, attentive to details and stress tolerance.
• Availability of registration of the private entrepreneur.
• Fluent English is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Full legal support of all day-to-day business activities; development and implementation of new forms of document's templates (contacts, letters, claims, etc.) and regulations (policies, procedures, instructions, etc.); participation in negotiations with the partners (both Ukrainian and international);
• Participation in corporate governance legal support such as convening and servicing (resolutions, minutes, voting notes, etc) General Shareholder's meetings, meetings of the Supervisory Board, Revision Commission, Management Board; drafting of corporate documents and amendments thereto;
• Legal advice on various currency control issues (loan registration; investments; export-import transactions; other capital inflow/outflow transactions);
• Preparing/writing draft legal recommendations, reports, memorandums, samples of various legal documents/contracts;
• Development of schemes of asset management, preparation and analysis of all relevant agreements.
• Interaction with external providers (contractors, translators, notaries, registrars).
• Settlement of disputes with contractors suppliers, insurance companies; representing сcompanies in courts of all levels and instances (civil, administrative, commercial disputes, administrative trials); participation in enforcement proceedings; correspondence and interaction with state tax, police and other authorities of all levels.
• Support of interaction with government authorities and state enterprises.
• Solving legal issues (claims) with clients and customers.
