Requirements

• Unity development (most up-to-date version, at least Unity 2017.3.1 p4)
• C# expertise (OOD, functions, properties, inheritance, etc)
• MVVM patterns (Model-View-Controller)
• Lua (data format and being able to intelligently edit lua data files)
• Experience in working in PlayFab environments a plus but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
• Good level of written and spoken English.

Be a plus

• Experience in working on a mobile strategy game

Responsibilities

• Implement new game features and services, support existing game platform in close partnership with the content team of the project and with respect for the player’s comfort and game’s performance.
• Oversee all technical porcesses,train content team working with game editor and similar tools.
• Coach new Unity developers, help them to quickly learn the platform.

About the project

We are offering an opportunity to work on a series of next-generation interactive fiction mobile games across various exciting genres and intellectual properties (IP).
The client is a US-based independent game company building a platform to create and publish their own interactive fiction experiences. The vision is to create a unified destination for these narrative games in multiple IPs, genres, and languages.

The goal of this stage of the project is to create a series of standalone mobile game applications with rich narrative content to hone in on optimal user experience and validate content scalability.

Dev-Pro Games participates in front-end and content development. Front-end part is based on Unity and C#, while the content comprises text narrative, 2D static art, audio and is assembled and parsed in LUA format.
