Вакансія Licensing Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Local account management; partners/products:

• Together with Third Parties Licensing Lead and Strategic Account Planning Lead to define local partners and route-to-market for selected geography to address mid-tier segment of the markets;
• Alignment with countries’ Commercial and Marketing teams on future route-to-market opportunities;
• Define volumes of licensing hybrids based on market needs (niche products, price-tiers, farmers’ segments, etc.);
• Conduct negotiations with partners, create contracts;

Local account management; business tracking/control

• Control over in country logistics of foundation seeds;
• Organize control on planting, ensure proper documentation flow on foundation seeds;
• Control over trial plots of future licensing hybrids;
• Control and support of commercial fields of clients (farmers who purchased hybrids);
• Control of hybridization plots’ harvesting and processing. Validation of final number of bags produced for further invoicing;
• Control over sales and distribution of Commercial hybrids (Private Label, White Label etc.) in accordance to mutual agreements with partners;

Requirements:

• Education background: higher degree in agronomy / finance / social science is desirable;
• Work experience: from 5 years of practical working experience, preferably in international company (sales, technology, etc.) dealing with key clients and being involved in negotiations process;
• Required skills: Highly developed organizational skills; attention to procedure and detail; a proven ability to deliver results in a multi-disciplinary, team-based working environment; ability to negotiate at high levels; excellent presentation skills and trainer’s skills;
• Required knowledge: Agricultural and/or horticultural practice, seed variety or related regulations, product development, product management, financial and credit tools use;
• Languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English are a must.
