Project Description: This position is opened in Global Research Analytical Service an international organization which is responsible for all analytical researches. Technologies used: MS Excel as the main tool, MS PowerPoint, additional tools include Tableau and SQL databases
Opportunities: international team, challenging tasks, flexible approach to working.

Responsibilities:

  • Research within the Company and beyond:
    - Support the data and reporting needs of the Recruitment processes
    - Open sources content analysis (development of a research plan, searching for relevant information on the Internet - includes analysis of competitors, comparative analysis of working conditions, etc.)
    - Market research based upon deep quality and quantity profiles analysis for the targeted areas of expertise in a particular location with validation of the results found. It includes creation of queries at job search sources, profiles review, relevance identification
  • Support Recruitment&HR teams in using self-service reports

Skills:
Mandatory:

  • Graduate (with degree in sociology, labor economics or international business) with analytical work experience more than 1 year
  • Work experience in a large organization with a branch structure
  • Advance knowledge MS Excel (formulas, graphs, filters, pivot tables, macros)
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Experience in preparation of presentations in MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English. Literacy, the ability to briefly coherently and clearly express their thoughts both orally and in writing

Desirable:

  • Experience with Tableau and SQL is beneficial;

  • Key point: the interest in the proposed field of activity. Desire to develop in this direction
  • Analytical mind. The ability to build hypotheses, draw conclusions, see the problem from different angles
  • Good self-management skills: takes initiative to learn new task or explore a problem further without specific instruction
  • Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities as needed, and work to a deadline
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate in a clear manner to all levels of staff and to a global community
  • Strong problem solving skills; able to use knowledge to identify alternative solutions
