Project Description

We are — Creative Labs — a large design-community within Luxoft with a distributed team in 8 countries.
Using a sharp process, generally accepted methods and focus on researching, analyzing, testing and design UI for Web applications, Mobile, Desktop, HMI, AR and VR.
Creative Labs is working with major companies in following domains: finance, commerce, energy, automotive and aerospace, medicine, logistics, telecommunications, etc.

Responsibilities

— Work with users and stakeholders on the vision of the future project: interviewing, users and competitors researching, UX audits; creation of IA, persons, etc.
— Visual and oral presentation of research results, conceptual ideas, detailed design and rationale.
— Conducting pre-sale sessions, presentations and demos; the responsibility for usability, the concept and work process.
— Prototyping, design and guidelines creating, preparation of materials for developers, control of implementation.
— No routine and monkey design.

Skills

WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING FROM YOU
— Portfolio: clickable prototypes for web, mobile, desktop, HMI; wireframes, user-testing and researching reports, CJM, personas, diagrams, usability-reports, etc.
— Experience in conducting UI testing, interviewing and user- and business-researching, UX-audits, expert evaluation.
— Deep knowledges of UX, best practice and theory, tools (Axure, Sketch, Invision/Marvel, etc.).
— Advanced soft skills: communication skills, desire to face-to-face interact and achieve common goals with all participants of the project. The ability to explain your point of view in plain language, referring to the guides, foreign sources, research or books.
— Knowledge of specifics of working with various platforms and frameworks (SharePoint, Pega, Atlassian, SAP, Bootstrap, Android, iOS, etc.). Understanding of HTML, CSS.
— Readiness for infrequent business trips.
— English upper-Intermediate level.
— Will be a plus: experience in graphic design and typography, creation of illustrations, infographics, style guides and animations background. Also programming and mark-up.
