About the role:

This is a “Houston” role for most of recruitment projects. As recruitment is one of our business enablers, the perfect candidate to coordinate sourcing missions have to be really relentless and creative, respect reasonably technocratic approach and understand challenges of IT labor market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, navigate and coordinate recruitment and sourcing projects within a company
• Control projects budgets, deadlines, and resource distribution within projects
• Facilitate recruitment process and team efficiency with a focus on performance management, internal client expectations management and issues solving
• Effectively communicate plans, progress and status/updates to team and project’s stakeholders. Provide support and build skills in the recruitment team to ensure the appropriate use of project management tools and techniques

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project manager role in people management or intelligent service delivery areas
• Experience of work in the international team and with international clients, preferably in IT industry
• Experience with managing multiple projects for multiple customers simultaneously while requiring little oversight and/or direction
• Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with clients
• Good understanding of KPIs and metrics based performance estimation
• familiarity with recruitment processes is a big plus
• BSc\MSc in IT-related areas or strong technical background
• Upper intermediate English
