Our client is an international company that is producing technical products for Construction industry.

Position: Plant Manager

Location: Lviv region

Reporting to: Regional Operations Director

Main responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the plant operations – production, logistic, safety and quality, product and process management, customer service, finance and HR;
• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers´ expectations;
• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards;
• Driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes;
• Team development and motivation, creation of inspiring team spirit atmosphere;
• Acting as the public speaker and public relation representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile;
• Manages external relations to develop and maintain high level contacts with industry and business associations, government agencies and other interest groups ;
• Supporting corporate values by setting an example in personal integrity, openness, respect and accountability.

Candidates’ requirements:

• University degree (ideally in Engineering or similar), MBA degree would be a plus;
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an international production company;
• Business oriented approach
• Experienced, open minded and balanced leader with highly self-motivation and responsibility
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills – open and positive attitude, ability to work in a multicultural environment;
• Strong customer orientation, able to cooperate and find win-win solutions for clients (both internal and external);
• Enthusiasm, energy and ability to lead, motivate and develop the team;
• Willingness to travel abroad/share experience and best practices within the corporation;
• Fluent English.
