Delivery Manager

We are looking for Delivery Manager with deep understanding of management principles, bright organization and analytical abilities, technical background and successful 5+ year experience in IT field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of developers and technical leads;
• Carry out various development projects with a duration from 3 weeks up to several months through the full cycle starting from requirements gathering up to product implementation and documentation preparation;
• Participate in customer implementation projects;
• Cross teams coordination and releases planning;
• Implement modern approaches into the development process.

Qualification:

• Advanced Technical Degree;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer/lead developer/tech lead;
• Minimum of 2 years delivery/technical management/scrum master experience;
• Good knowledge of Java, J2EE;
• Successful experience managing and delivering IT projects using implementation methodologies;
• Business-like presence and ability to interact professionally with customers;
• Ability to speak the same language with various stakeholders (internal technical divisions & customer team & project management team & etc);
• Ability to decompose the strategy in a set of the operated actions and provide their performance
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent communications and team-building abilities;
• Experience in telecommunications areas is a plus;
• Experience with Oracle DB is a plus.
