Key Responsibilities

This person will be required to drive exceptional working practices to deliver the required results. The successful candidate must have the capability to implement a strategic business plan, drive through on sales actions and ultimately drive profitable growth in the account set. The ability to build deep and sustainable relationships at all levels in the distribution partner is crucial for this role.

  • Account management of strategic system integrators and solution providers (metal partner segment) – strategic planning and execution of set goals, from weekly pipeline to strategic long - term initiatives
  • Responsible for optimal channel coverage in the country, in order to meet business goals and objectives cross focus customer segments, and in close collaboration with core sales and business segments teams
  • Build and foster strong relationships cross partner organization with key decision makers
  • Drives enablement and expertise of partners to position and sell Dell EMC portfolio in collaboration with cross functional teams and business units
  • Drives channel programs and initiatives with partners, provides channel partner feedback to the company, to match market needs with company products and offering

Essential Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of local market and channel
  • Partner development skills & experience, with the ability to build out and execute to a robust business plan
  • Program management skills
  • Experience and strong ability to liaise with channel partners at an executive level - face to face.
  • Product and business development knowledge in client and enterprise solutions, with primary focus on storage, server, networking
  • Excellent English and Russian skills
