Data analysis – Great computer skills ( Microsoft Excel, Thinkcell, PowerPoint with deep knowledge of graphics as a must have; Access, VB, Microstrategy - desirable)

Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business, calculation of strategic initiatives and subsequent analysis of their effectiveness, developing recommendation for the Leadership Team members (GM and Functional leaders) to make final decision through competitor’s and economic value assessment, as well as other considerations (change management etc.,)
Create strategy roadmap, supported by relevant project portfolio with SMART targets, ensuring defined KPIs’ growth
Settle clear PMO process, ensuring project management culture across the company, supported with relevant methodology, training, project documentation, supportive project documentation and schedule
Support and align projects and processes to meet consumers’ and business needs; lead or participate in projects
Stay current with market needs and strategies, providing clearly articulated updates; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating presentations to all types of diverse audiences (senior management, employees, etc.)
Provide leadership to team member and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
Organize, facilitate and clearly document business strategy workout, maintain meeting agenda and minutes (decision action lists), plan dependent meeting schedules
